Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY AT SUCH TIMES AND IN SUCN MANNER FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE OBJECTS AND PURPOSES IN ANY PART OF THE UK AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT (THE "OBJECTS") NOTHING IN THIS DEED SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND/OR SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.
