THE OBJECTS OF THE TTN ARE TO RELIEVE THE BLIND OR PARTIALLY SIGHTED OR THOSE LABOURING UNDER SOME TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT INCAPACITY OR DISABILITY WHICH MAKES READING A STRAIN BY THE PROVISION OF RECORDED MATERIALS OR TACTILE READING MATTER.
