OBJECTS THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS ("OBJECTS") ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION A. TO ASSIST IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT ANY CHARITY IN THE UK WHOSE AIMS INCLUDE ADVANCING EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND MORAL CAPABILITIES THROUGH EDUCATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND OTHER FACILITIES THAT ASSIST IN ADVANCING THOSE AIMS. PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT B. TO ASSIST IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT ANY CHARITY IN THE UK WHOSE AIMS INCLUDE THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, HEALTHCARE PROJECTS AND ALL THE NECESSARY SUPPORT DESIGNED TO ENABLE INDIVIDUALS TO GENERATE A SUSTAINABLE INCOME AND BE SELF-SUFFICIENT THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND SUCH OTHER FACILITIES THAT ASSIST IN ADVANCING THOSE AIMS. RELIEF OF SICKNESS A. TO ASSIST IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT ANY CHARITY IN THE UK WHOSE AIMS INCLUDE PROMOTING AND PROTECTING THE HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM ILLNESS OF ANY DESCRIPTION OR IN NEED OF REHABILITATION AS A RESULT OF SUCH ILLNESS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE OR OTHER FACILITIES THAT ASSIST IN ADVANCING THOSE AIMS. NOTHING IN THE ARTICLES SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND/OR SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.
