Charitable objects
THE COMPANY’S OBJECTS (“OBJECTS”) ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING (1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN IRISH DANCE, MUSIC AND LANGUAGE IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS, SCHOLARSHIPS OR BURSARIES AND BY WORKING WITH EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OFFERING ADDITIONAL TEACHING OPPORTUNITIES. (2) TO PROMOTE THE ART OF IRISH DANCING AND ITS RELATED ACTIVITIES OF MUSIC AND LANGUAGE BY THE PROVISION OF FUNDING FOR PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES, IN CONJUNCTION WITH ACADEMIC INSTITUTIONS / REGULATORY BODIES, INCLUDING CHOREOGRAPHING OF INNOVATIVE AND ORIGINAL DANCE PIECES, IN PARTICULAR FOR YOUNG STUDENTS WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
