Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED ARE: (1) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN AFRICA, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY ASSISTING COMMUNITIES TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN NEW PRIMARY SCHOOLS AND PROMOTING LEADERSHIP AND TRAINING OF EFFECTIVE LEADERS IN AFRICA, IN PARTICULAR TO ENCOURAGE AND SUPPORT INDIVIDUALS IN AFRICA WHO ARE OR WISH TO BE IN POSITIONS OF LEADERSHIP TO LEARN ABOUT AND DEVELOP THEIR LEADERSHIP SKILLS. (2) TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND PROMOTE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH IN AFRICA FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT. (3) TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONGST THE PEOPLE AND COMMUNITIES IN AFRICA BY THE PROVISION OF TRAINING, ADVICE AND MICRO-FINANCE ENABLING THEM TO ESTABLISH AND GROW THEIR OWN BUSINESSES.
