THE ASSOCIATION'S OBJECTS ARE; (A) TO ADVANCE THE ISLAMIC AND MUSLIM RELIGION IN THE UNITED KINGDOM FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH THE HOLDING OF PRAYER MEETINGS, LECTURES AND OTHER RELIGIOUS AND PASTORAL RITES, AND THE CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF MOSQUES AS PLACES OF WORSHIP (B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG MUSLIMS AND THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF ISLAM, THE QURAN AND OTHER FORMS OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS STUDIES (C) TO RELIEVE THE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL SICKNESS OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM BEREAVEMENT OR LOSS BY THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING AND OTHER TYPES OF SUPPORT (D) TO PREVENT AND/OR RELIEVE POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, EDUCATION, TRAINING, HEALTHCARE PROJECTS AND ALL THE NECESSARY SUPPORT DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THE WELFARE OF INDIVIDUALS AND COMMUNITIES (E) TO RELIEVE THE SICK-POOR AND OTHER DISTRESSED AND DISADVANTAGED PEOPLE EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS, GOODS OR SERVICES.
