1) THE PROMOTION AND PROTECTION OF THE PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE BY ANY MEANS AS DECIDED BY THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME, INCLUDING BY THE PROVISION OF A FREEPHONE HELPLINE, THE ESTABLISHMENT OF REGIONAL SUPPORT GROUPS AND BY CAMPAIGNING FOR CHANGE TO HELP BRING ABOUT IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CONDITIONS AND QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ALL CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE. 2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE PUBLIC IN ALL MATTERS CONCERNING THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE.
