5 THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO PROMOTING FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT: 5.1 THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IN SO FAR AS SO DOING ADVANCES EDUCATION, THE PROMOTION OF MUSIC AND DANCE FOR THE BENEFIT OF DISADVANTAGED YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA (“RSA”) THROUGH A VARIETY OF ACTIVITIES INCLUDING COMMUNITY BASED MARCHING BANDS; AND 5.2 THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH OR THE SAVING OF LIVES AND INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IN SO FAR AS DOING SO ADVANCES HEALTH OR SAVES LIVES, THE PROMOTION OF AWARENESS AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE HIV VIRUS IN THE RSA, AND THE PRECAUTIONS THAT CAN BE TAKEN TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF THE VIRUS, TOGETHER WITH THE PROVISION OF HIV TESTING, COUNSELLING AND MEDICATION.
