Charitable objects
A) TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHILDREN WHO ARE UNDER-PERFORMING IN MAINSTREAM SCHOOLS, BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AND ORGANISING PROGRAMMES OF PHYSICAL, EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER ACTIVITIES AS A MEANS OF: (I)ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS; (II) ADVANCING EDUCATION, IN PARTICULAR IN THE SUBJECTS OF ENGLISH, SCIENCE AND MATHS; (III) RELIEVING UNEMPLOYMENT; (IV) PROVIDING RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITY IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR PEOPLE LIVING IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO HAVE NEED BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS; B) TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN BY ENCOURAGING PARENTS TO UNDERSTAND AND PROVIDE FOR THE NEEDS OF THEIR CHILDREN THROUGH COMMUNITY GROUPS; C) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, TO RELIEVE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AND THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT OF PARENTS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUCH ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AS THE TRUSTEES DEEM FIT.
