(A) FACILITATING THE PURCHASE OF WORKS OF ART FOR PUBLIC DISPLAY
(B) PROMOTING THE RENOVATION, CONSERVATION AND MAINTENANCE OF WORKS OF ART FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.
