1) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF PUBLIC SWIMMING BATHS IN THE PRESENT NEW MILLS DISTRICT.2) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OR RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME PURSUITS WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE RECREATIONAL CHARITIES ACT 1958 AND OTHER CHARITABLE OBJECTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF NEW MILLS & DISTRICT.
