London Insight Meditation encourages and supports meditation practice in the Buddhist tradition.It organises a varied programme of classes and retreats in the belief that such teachings will bring contentment and calm to busy urban lives. Our visiting teachers are widely recognised; they are experienced, trained, and bound by a code of ethics.People of all backgrounds and traditions are welcome
