TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE LIVING IN THE UK AND ABROAD BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AND ORGANISING PROGRAMMES OF PHYSICAL, EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER ACTIVITIES.
