THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM IN ORDER TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC CONCERNING THE WORKS OF GEORGE ORWELL AND IN PARTICULAR (WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THAT GENERALITY) TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A MEMORIAL OR MEMORIALS TO THE SAID GEORGE ORWELL IN ALL RESPECTS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF CHARITY IN ENGLAND AND WALES.
