OBJECT 1: TO ADVANCE AND FURTHER PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE UNDERSTANDING AND APPRECIATION OF THE ARTS, CULTURE AND HERITAGE, IN PARTICULAR (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) PROVIDING A CENTRE TO PROMOTE ARTISTIC EDUCATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC. OBJECT 2: TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION, RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC WELFARE OF MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE.
