THE CHARITY OBJECTS ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: A) TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND TO PRESERVE THE HEALTH OF THE PUBLIC IN ENGLAND BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES AND SERVICES NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES. B) TO ADVANCE ANY PURPOSES WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES FROM TIME TO TIME BY PROVIDING GRANTS TO CHARITIES OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS OR INDIVIDUALS IDENTIFIED BY THE TRUSTEES AT THEIR DISCRETION.
