THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF CHILDREN, WOMEN AND MEN WHO ARE DISADVANTAGED FINANCIALLY, EMOTIONALLY OR PHYSICALLY AND FOR WHOM THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO SPECIFIC BODIES CARING FOR SUCH PEOPLE WILL MAKE A DEMONSTRABLE DIFFERENCE.
