THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY THE REASON OF OLD AGE AND/OR ILL HEALTH, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A BEFRIENDING SERVICE IN ENGLAND. TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION TO THOSE WHO ARE EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY BECAUSE THEY ARE HOUSE BOUND, OR UNABLE TO ACCESS TRANSPORT, LACK OF SOCIAL NETWORK OR OTHER REASON, BY THE PROVISION OF:(1)A BEFRIENDING AND VOLUNTEERING SERVICE VISITING PEOPLE IN THEIR OWN HOME.(2)A BEFRIENDING AND VOLUNTEERING SERVICE SUPPORTING PEOPLE TO ACCESS LOCAL COMMUNITY FACILITIES.(3)SUPPORT TO ACCESS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AT HOME TO ENABLE GREATER SOCIAL INCLUSION.
