Charitable objects
TO PROVIDE FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES MIGHT DECIDE PRIMARILY IN RESPECT OF YOUNG PERSONS OF EITHER SEX BETWEEN AGES OF SIXTEEN AND TWENTY-FIVE YEARS IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES PARTICULARLY WITH RESPECT TO YOUNG PERSONS OF AFRICAN, CARRIBEAN AND ASIAN ORIGIN RESIDENT IN THE MOSS SIDE DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF MANCHESTER.
