Charitable objects
A) TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION, FOR THE BENEFIT OF PHYSICALLY DISABLED PEOPLE, PARTICULARLY THOSE CONFINED TO A WHEELCHAIR, IN THE CHESHIRE EAST AND SURROUNDING AREAS, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE PLAYING OF, FOR EXAMPLE BUT NOT RESTRICTED TO, BASKETBALL, BADMINTON, BOCCIA AND BOWLING, AND PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR ARCHERY, SWIMMING, SAILING, CANOEING, SKIING AND CLIMBING. B) TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE WITH PHYSICAL DISABILITIES, PARTICULARLY THOSE CONFINED TO A WHEELCHAIR AND THEIR FAMILIES, LIVING IN THE CHESHIRE EAST AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AND ORGANISING PROGRAMMES OF PHYSICAL, EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER ACTIVITIES AS A MEANS OF ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS. C) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR FAMILIES WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR PHYSICAL DISABILITY WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE. D) TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PREVENTING PHYSICALLY DISABLED PEOPLE FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY.
