TO PROMOTE WITHIN ENGLAND AND WALES BY ALL CHARITABLE MEANS THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTAINANCE OF A TRAINING ORGANISATION TO DELIVER EDUCATION IN TECHNOLOGY,CITIZENSHIP,EMPOWERMENT,SUPPORT AND SOCIAL AWARENESS FOR ALL YOUNG PEOPLE AND TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR THEM TO DEVELOP THEIR FULL CAPABILITIES AND ENABLE THEM TO BECOME RESPONSIBLE MEMBERS OF SOCIETY
