THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE (I) TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND SICKNESS BY THE PROVISION OF GOODS /SERVICES WHICH THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD THROUGH LACK OF MEANS. (II) THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL NEED AND SUFFERING AMONG VICTIMS OF NATURAL OR OTHER KINDS OF DISASTER IN THE FORM OF MONEY (OR OTHER MEANS DEEMED SUITABLE) FOR PERSONS, BODIES, ORGANISATIONS AND/OR COUNTRIES AFFECTED. (III) SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE THAT ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND ARE CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
