2.TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE IN FULL TIME EDUCATION IN PLYMOUTH TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
