Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PROTECTION OF HEALTH.
IN FURTHERANCE THEREOF BUT NOT OTHERWISE THE CHARITY SHALL HAVE THE FOLLOWING POWERS:-
I) TO TRANSPORT BLOOD, DONOR BREAST MILK, SAMPLES AND OTHER ITEMS USED FOR THE MEDICAL OR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF PATIENTS FOR DOCTORS, HOSPITALS, LABORATORIES AND CHEMIST;
II) TO CO-OPERATE WITH THE EMERGENCY SERVICES.
