Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED ( THE "OBJECTS") ARE : 1) THE PROVISION OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE. 2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION BY TEACHING ARABIC AND OTHER LANGUAGES, AND SUCH OTHER SUBJECTS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE. 3) THE ADVANCEMENT OF ISLAM FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH AMONGST OTHER THINGS, LECTURES, THE MARKING OF RELIGIOUS FESTIVALS, THE HOLDING OF MEETINGS AND THE DISTRIBUTION OF LITERATURE ON ISLAM TO ENLIGHTEN OTHERS. 4) THE PROMOTION OF RELIGIOUS AND RACIAL HARMONY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY : - (A) EDUCATING THE PUBLIC ON ISLAM, INCLUDING AN AWARENESS OF ITS DISTINCTIVE FEATURES AND COMMON VALUES TO PROMOTE GOOD RELATIONS BETWEEN PEOPLE. (B) PROMOTING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF ISLAM TO PEOPLE FROM DIFFERING RACES, RELIGIONS OR BLIEF SYSTEMS. (5) SUCH OTHER PURPOSES BEING CHARITABLE IN LAW AS THE TRUSTEE SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
