THE CHARITYS OBJECTS (OBJECTS) ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: TO ADVANCE THE ARTS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY ADVANCING, IMPROVING AND PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE PRIMARILY (THOUGH NOT EXCLUSIVELY) RESIDING IN MERSEYSIDE, IRRESPECTIVE OF THEIR FINANCIAL OR OTHER MEANS, BY WAY OF (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH (A) TRAINING, MENTORING, ADVICE AND GUIDANCE (B) FINANCIAL OR OTHER ASSISTANCE, ENCOURAGEMENT OR SUPPORT; AND (C) FACILITIES FOR TRAINING, REHEARSALS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES RELATING TO THE PERFORMING ARTS.
