TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PERSONS OVER THE AGE OF 18 WITH WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTIES, PHYSICAL DISABILITIES OR MENTAL HEALTH DIFFICULTIES LIVING IN THE POCKLINGTON, MARKET WEIGHTON AND SURROUNDING RURAL AREAS BY MEANS OF THE ARTS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THE ART OF MUSIC, DRAMA AND DANCE.
