(2) TO PROMOTE EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY BY THE ELIMINATION OF DISCRIMINATION IN RELATION TO LESBIAN, GAY, BISEXUAL AND TRANSGENDER PEOPLE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC.
