Charitable objects
TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF CHILDREN ATTENDING SCHOOLS IN COVENTRY BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AT THE PLAS DOL-Y-MOCH OUTDOOR EDUCATION CENTRE (THE CENTRE) AND TO SUPPORT THE CENTRE IN ITS CONTINUING OBJECTIVE OF PROVIDING HIGH QUALITY OUTDOOR AND RESIDENTIAL EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE YOUNG PEOPLE OF COVENTRY, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: (1) RAISING FUNDS FOR THE CENTRE TO ENABLE THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW ACTIVITIES, RESOURCES AND FACILITIES WHICH WILL IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THE EXPERIENCE OF COVENTRY’S YOUNG PEOPLE. (2) PROMOTING THE CENTRE AND ITS AIMS TO THE CITIZENS OF COVENTRY AND GENERATING FURTHER/ BROADER SUPPORT FOR ACCESS TO THE CENTRE, INCLUDING ENHANCING TAKE UP BY DISADVANTAGED YOUNG PEOPLE. (3) FORMING LINKS WITH OTHER RELEVANT GROUPS AND ORGANISATIONS.
