FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY PEOPLE LIVING IN OWERRE-NKWORJI TOWN AND IMO STATE, NIGERIA, BY: A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF PUBLIC EDUCATION BY ANY MEANS DEEMED APPROPRIATE BY THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME, INCLUDING BY THE PROVISION OF: (I) SCHOLARSHIPS AND BURSARIES FOR STUDENTS; (II) BOOKS AND COMPUTERS FOR SCHOOLS; (III) TRAINING IN BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL LITERACY FOR THE UNEMPLOYED. B) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PROMOTION AND PRESERVATION OF GOOD HEALTH BY ANY MEANS DEEMED APPROPRIATE BY THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME, INCLUDING BY: (I) UPGRADING OF THE TOWN MATERNITY UNIT TO A HEALTH CENTRE (II) ISSUING MEDICAL AND HEALTH ADVICE TO MAINLY PREGNANT WOMEN AND CHILDREN. III) ORGANISING MEDICAL/HEALTH MISSIONS. IV) ISSUING ADVICE ON SEX EDUCATION/AIDS. V) DISABILITY ADVICE, ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT. C) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND SUFFERING BY ANY MEANS DEEMED APPROPRIATE BY THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME, INCLUDING: I) THE IMPROVEMENT OF WATER SUPPLIES BY PROVISION OF BOREHOLES. II) ISSUE OF ADVICE ON SANITATION III) ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE ON APPRENTICESHIP AND TRADE. IV) PROVISION OF FINANCIAL SERVICE TO LOW INCOME GROUPS USING MICROFINANCE.
