THE OBJECTS ARE TO APPLY THE INCOME OF THE FUND: A) IN OR TOWARDS PAYMENT OF THE SALARY OF THE MINISTER FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE CHURCH; B) IN OR TOWARDS KEEPING IN A STATE OF GOOD REPAIR, DECORATION AND CONDITION AND SUFFICIENTLY INSURED AGAINST DAMAGE BY FIRE THE SAID CHURCH BUILDING AND APPENDENANCES AND THE PULPIT, SEATS AND ALL OTHER FITTINGS AND THINGS BELONGING TO, OR USED IN THE PERFORMANCE OF DIVINE SERVICES IN THE SAID CHURCH AND KEEPING IN GOOD REPAIR AND CONDITION THE WALLS, FENCES AND GATES OF THE ENCLOSURE AROUND THE SAID CHURCH AND HE PATHS, ROADS AND DRAINS IN SUCH ENCLOSURE; C) IN OR TOWARDS DEFRAYING THE ANNUAL GENERAL EXPENSES OF ANY KIND OF THE SAID CHURCH AND OF KEEPING THE SAID CHURCH OPEN AND AVAILABLE FOR DIVINE SERVICE AND THE OTHER ANNUAL GENERAL EXPENSES IN CONNECTION WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF DIVINE SERVICE THEREIN.
