1) TO MAINTAIN A PUBLIC MEMORIAL AND MUSEUM FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO COMMEMORATE THOSE WHO LOST THEIR LIVES IN THE BLITZ OF 1940 TO 1945 AND THOSE WHO LOST THEIR LIVES IN THE ZEPPELIN RAIDS OF THE FIRST GREAT WAR; AND 2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS RELATING TO THE HISTORY AND HERITAGE OF KINGSTON UPON HULL DURING WAR TIME YEARS.
