TO PROVIDE AND OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF MULTI SPORT FACILITIES AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FACILITIES FOR PLAYING FOOTBALL, CRICKET, TABLE TENNIS, GOLF, SKATEBOARDING, CYCLING AND BOWLS IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE OF PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED FOR SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE AIM OR IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE 1958 ACT.
