5 THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO THE FOLLOWING: 5.1 THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC DISADVANTAGE IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO PROVIDING WORK AND/OR TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES AND ACCOMMODATION; 5.2 THE RELIEF OF THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL SICKNESS OF PERSONS IN NEED BY REASON OF ADDICTION TO ALCOHOL, DRUGS AND/OR OTHER SUBSTANCES IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING AND SUPPORT; 5.3 THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT, INCLUDING TRAINING OR RETRAINING, PROVIDING WORK EMPLOYMENT AND THE PROVISION OF TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE OR BUSINESS ADVICE OR CONSULTANCY IN ORDER TO PROVIDE TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE IN CASES OF FINANCIAL OR OTHER CHARITABLE NEED THROUGH HELP IN SETTING UP THEIR OWN BUSINESS OR TO EXISTING BUSINESSES.
