Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT: 1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH OR THE SAVING OF LIVES IN GENERAL AND IN PARTICULAR BY WORKING TO: A) PREVENT THE SPREAD OF INFECTIOUS DISEASES SUCH AS HIV/AIDS, MALARIA AND TUBERCULOSIS; B) ALLEVIATE SUFFERING CAUSED BY INFECTIOUS DISEASES SUCH AS HIV/AIDS, MALARIA AND TUBERCULOSIS; AND C) PROVIDE PROPER ORGANISATION OF CARE AND TREATMENT FOR PERSONS SUFFERING FROM INFECTIOUS DISEASES SUCH AS HIV/AIDS, MALARIA AND TUBERCULOSIS. 2) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY IN GENERAL AND IN PARTICULAR BY ACTIVITIES THAT HELP ALLEVIATE POVERTY AND DISEASE IN RESOURCE POOR SETTINGS IN THE WORLD.
