THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN FURTHERING SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLES IN KENYA, ESPECIALLY THE LOCAL COMMUNITIES IN THE MAASAI MARA, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND SICKNESS, FOR THE EDUCATION OF THE PEOPLES AND FOR THE CONSERVATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT OF THE FLORA AND FAUNA.
