THE CHARITY'S OBJECT ("THE OBJECT") IS TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF HEALTHY EATING BY PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL COOKING WORKSHOPS ACROSS LONDON COMMUNITIES AS A WAY OF PROMOTING AN UNDERSTANDING OF HOW MAKING INFORMED FOOD CHOICES CAN ENHANCE INDIVIDUAL'S HEALTH AND CREATE A HEALTHIER SOCIETY.
