Charitable objects
1.THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP BY THE PROVISION OF FREE LEGAL AND FINANCIAL ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE TO PERSONS WHO THROUGH LACK OF MEANS WOULD OTHERWISE BE UNABLE TO OBTAIN SUCH ADVCE AND WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING TO ASSIST SUCH PERSONS TO ORGANISE THEIR FINANCIAL AFFAIRS INCLUDING BUDGETING, ARRANGEMENTS WITH CREDITOR SAND TAKING ACTION TO SAFEGUARD THE PERSON?S HOME AND/OR POSSESSIONS IN ANY MANNER PERMITTED BY THE LAW. 2.THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP IN ENGLAND AND WALES AND ELSEWHERE BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING AND ALL APPROPRIATE SUPPORT DESIGNED TO ENABLE INDIVIDUALS TO GENERATE A SUSTAINABLE INCOME AND BE SELF SUFFICIENT FINANCIALLY AND WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING BY THE TRAINING OF FINANCIAL COUNSELLORS TO ASSIST NEEDY INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES. 3.RELIEF OF POVERTY IN ENGLAND AND WALES AND ELSEWHERE BY PROVIDING GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY. 4.THE ADVANCEMENT OF CHRISTIANITY AND WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING BY THE TEACHING AND PROMOTION OF CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLES OF SOUND AND RESPONSIBLE FINANCIAL STEWARDSHIP.
