THE TRUSTEES SHALL PAY OR APPLY THE ANNUAL INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND TO SUCH CHARITY OR CHARITIES OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE. “CHARITABLE PURPOSES” PURPOSES WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW FOR THE TIME BEING OF ENGLAND AND WALES IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT RESTRICTED TO, THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IN COOKING SKILLS AND HEALTHY EATING AND “CHARITABLE PURPOSE” SHALL HAVE A CORRESPONDING MEANING.
