2) TO PROVIDE MEANINGFUL DAY CARE PROVISION TO THOSE PEOPLE WITH A LEARNING DISABILITY LIVING WITHIN THE RESIDENTIAL ACCOMMODATION PROVIDED (ON OR OFF SITE).
