Charitable objects
4(1) THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP BY THE PROVISION OF ASSISTANCE INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) THE PROVISION OF LEGAL ADVICE AND REPRESENTATION TO THE PEOPLE, 5 THEIR FAMILIES AND CHILDREN WHO LIVE, STUDY OR WORK WITHIN THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON AND WITHIN SUCH OTHER BOROUGHS IN ENGLAND AS THE CHARITY MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE. 4(2) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AMONG THE PEOPLE IN THAILAND AND AMONG THAI PEOPLE, THEIR FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES AROUND THE WORLD BY THE PROVISION OF (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) LEGAL ADVICE AND REPRESENTATION, EDUCATIONAL AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE THROUGH COMMUNITY PROJECTS. 4(3) THE PROMOTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD BY RESEARCH, MONITORING ABUSES, PROVIDING TECHNICAL ADVICE, COMMENTING ON PROPOSED LEGISLATION, RAISING AWARENESS, PROMOTING RESPECT AMONG INDIVIDUALS & CORPORATIONS AND INTERNATIONAL ADVOCACY. 4(4) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF PERSONS LIVING, STUDYING OR WORKING WITHIN THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON AND WITHIN SUCH OTHER BOROUGHS IN ENGLAND AS THE CHARITY MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE. 4(5) THE PROMOTION OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY (A) THE PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND THE PRUDENT USE OF RESOURCES, AND (B) THE PROMOTION OF ECONOMIC RELATIONS, GROWTH & REGENERATION BETWEEN THAILAND, OTHER COUNTRIES AND REGIONS THEREIN INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION, IDEAS, ADVICE, AND STATISTICS IN A FORUM. 4(6) THE PROMOTION OF SUCH OTHER PURPOSES BEING EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE CHARITY MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
