THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") ARE: A) TO PROMOTE THE ENHANCEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF WINDSOR FOR THE BENEFIT OF ITS INHABITANTS. B) TO ADVANCE THE ARTS AND PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE ARTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN PARTICULAR IN WINDSOR BY THE CREATION AND ERECTION OF A SCULPTURE OF WINDSOR GREY HORSES TO COMMEMORATE THE DIAMOND JUBILEE OF HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN AND THE 60TH ANNIVERSARY OF HER CORONATION.
