Charitable objects
THE OBJECT OF THE KENT YOUTH JAZZ ORCHESTRA SHALL BE TO ADVANCE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION IN AND APPRECIATION OF THE ART AND SCIENCE OF BIG BAND JAZZ FOR YOUTH MUSICIANS UP TO THE AGE OF 18, BY THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC BIG BAND CONCERTS, BAND WORKSHOPS AND ANY OTHER EVENTS TO PROMOTE ITS CHARITABLE PURPOSE THAT THE COMMITTEE MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE.
