(1) TO PROMOTE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, GOOD CITIZENSHIP AND GREATER PUBLIC PARTICIPATION IN THE PREVENTION AND SOLUTION OF CRIME AND ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR. (2) TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
