Charitable objects
(1) THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A RECREATION GROUND AND PARK FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF THE FORMER URBAN DISTRICT OF WITHERNSEA AND OF VISITORS TO THAT AREA WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SUCH PERSONS. (2) THE LAND SPECIFIED IN THE SAID SCHEDULE SHALL BE HELD UPON TRUST FOR THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY AS AFORESAID.
