Charitable objects
3. THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS (THE "OBJECTS") ARE:
TO FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:
(A) ADVANCEMENT OF RELIGION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCTRINES AND TENETS OF HINDUISM
(B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF PUBLIC EDUCATION IN HINDUISM AND THE PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES OF HINDU CULTURE AND
(C) THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY.
