Charitable objects

THE ORGANISATION IS ESTABLISHED FOR YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO THE AGE OF 25 WHO IDENTIFY AS LESBIAN, GAY, BISEXUAL, TRANSSEXUAL, TRANSGENDER (LGBTT) OR UNSURE OF THEIR GENDER OR SEXUAL IDENTITY FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT:- (1) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; (2) TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A DROP IN ADVICE AND SUPPORT CENTRE; AND (3) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN ISSUES THAT FACE LGBTT YOUNG PEOPLE AND HOW IT CAN AFFECT THEM AND THE COMMUNITY THEY LIVE IN.
