To improve the health and well being of the people living in the MADINA district of Sierra Leone. Help Madina supports a feeding centre, provides out-reach health education, eye care and cataract operations, hernia operations, repair of water wells, building toilets, plus help for the elderly. Also supports a diabetes facility in MAKENI and outreach diabetes clinics, plus training of staff.
