Charitable objects
(A) TO ASSIST IN THE TREATMENT AND CARE OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM TREATABLE BLINDNESS AND RELATED MEDICAL CONDITIONS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF DIRECT TREATMENT AND/OR SURGERY, EDUCATION, TRAINING AND SUPPORT IN SUCH PARTS OF THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT AND IN PARTICULAR, THE DEVELOPING WORLD; (B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL AND PARTICULARLY OF HEALTH WORKERS AND MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS ON THE SUBJECT OF TREATABLE BLINDNESS AND RELATED MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND TO PROMOTE RESEARCH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND TO PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
