1. ADVANCE THE ARTS BY THE MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE MARINA THEATRE (IN LOWESTOFT) AND ITS AUDIENCE AND PROGRAMME AND OTHER ARTS VENUES AND/OR FACILITIES.
2. PURSUE SUCH OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES CONSISTENT WITH THE ABOVE AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL DETERMINE.
